How It Began
We were established in 1972 by John and Joan Glendinning. Initially operating from a spare room in their house, we’ve grown in to a group that now employs over 100 people across eight different locations. In 2020 the existing management team completed an MBO supported by Synova who will work in partnership with the team to support ambitious plans for future growth.

Our growth story is mainly an organic one… but with a couple of acquisitions along the way. We put our success down to the fact we recruit great people who know what they are doing, we look after our team and do the right thing by our clients.
