Led by Ian Mahony, Astute has established itself as a trusted insurance broker providing a range of services for commercial and corporate clients across Northamptonshire and the UK. The acquisition, which further strengthens its advice-led service proposition, is Astute’s first purchase since it became part of the JMG Group in 2022.
Mark Weedon, Sandhouse MD, joins the Astute team. With 45 years in the industry and over 30 years specialising in property insurance, Mark brings invaluable expertise to Astute’s team of 12 based in Northampton. His extensive experience as a property investor complements his professional career, allowing him a deep understanding of risk management techniques to help his clients mitigate risks associated with property ownership.
