Modern Slavery Act 2015 – Statement

Introduction

This statement applies to JMG Group and all subsidiaries’ companies in the UK.

The statement covers the period ending 31 December 2024 and describes JMG Groups present and ongoing commitment to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from taking place in any JMG Group business or supply chain.

Our Policy

Our policy is to assess and address the risks of violations of anti-human trafficking and anti-modern slavery laws. We adopt procedures that contribute to ensuring modern slavery does not occur in our business or supply chains and we expect organisations with whom we do business to adopt and enforce policies to comply with the legislation.  We support our people and clients to address issues arising from modern slavery.

As a business we ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains.

Although JMG Group services from a wide range of suppliers, the business sectors in which we operate have continued to remain low risk for slavery and human trafficking.

JMG Group continues to take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains and business.

JMG Group continues to ensure our board, senior management and employees at all levels are aware of the principles of the Modern Slavery Act

JMG Group regularly review at board/senior management level the potential for human trafficking and slavery in our own business and that of our business partners& suppliers.

We have a strong commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion and look after the wellbeing of our people.

If JMG Group suspects or becomes aware that an existing supplier is in breach of slavery and human trafficking legislation, JMG Group will investigate and (if appropriate) report the matter to the relevant authorities. Further, JMG Group will review its relationship with the supplier in question which may result in termination of that supplier contract.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st March 2024.

The board of directors of the JMG Group, approved this statement on 23rd April 2024 .
